At DayDream we do not tolerate our staff not turning up to site when requested. In the unlikely event that they are unable to make it to site we are notified by 6am which gives us enough time to find a replacement from our standby list. We understand how important it is to deliver reliable labour on time and the knock-on effects of failure to do so.
